Biography

Daniel Harrell came to storytelling naturally. While still in high school, he began to write short stories and plays that he then both produced and directed, frequently taking acting roles as well. He not only acted on stage and on camera, he was also a radio announcer for WCSK radio in Kingsport, Tennessee.

A third-generation TV producer and director, Daniel began his career in broadcast television as a photographer and videographer. He later moved into video editing and graphics, and worked for many years designing media for print, web and motion graphics, including special effects and 3D animation. He directed several live television public affairs and news programs, fundraisers, jazz music concerts by a No. 1 selling musician, and countless other programs, all the while producing various short and long form videos.

All the time writing short stories, novellas and screenplays. Divided Sky is his first novel to be released, with several other novels to follow in this series planned.
